This policy explains the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw a given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers.

Website creation / Framer. The website was built and delivered using Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands). When the pages are accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, and browser and device information are processed to enable delivery and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional provision).

Hosting infrastructure / Orange Website. Parts of the delivery use Orange Website (Iceland). The server location is outside the European Union. To safeguard this processing, a data processing agreement has been concluded; the transfer is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR or a recognized adequacy mechanism.

5. Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection.

6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, your details are stored to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where there is a pre-contractual or contractual context, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Newsletter (Brevo)
We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany, or Brevo SAS, France) to send newsletters. When you subscribe, the data you provide (including your email address) is transmitted to and stored by Brevo.

Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive an email in which you confirm the registration. This serves as evidence that the registration was in fact made by you. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example, via the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected. Your data is stored until you unsubscribe and is then deleted from the distribution list.

8. Cookies
This website currently sets no consent-requiring cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Technically necessary cookies may be used to provide the website; the legal basis in that respect is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

9. Data transfer to third countries
For some of the services named, processing may take place outside the European Union (including hosting infrastructure and, where applicable, the newsletter service). Any transfer takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 ff. GDPR, in particular the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the basis of an adequacy decision.

10. Currency
This privacy policy is as of 26.08.2026. Ongoing development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to amend it.
